SHIPPING POLICY

• Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order, At the point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either a passport, driving license, Emirates ID, or Free zone ID to support the consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.

• Please note that we do not do international shipping.

• Most orders will be delivered within the Next Business Day when the product ordered is in stock.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a proper way to prevent delays caused by shipping or product availability. We exchange this information with our customers frequently that we have marked some No service areas in UAE which are out of route, due to which we charge AED 20 to AED 30 as delivery charges at the request of Courier Companies.

RETURN ON PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Please note that all the products showcased on Promotional Page are Nonrefundable, Nonexchangeable & non-returnable unless the product is received damaged or not as described. Customers with bulk orders can contact our customer care service to get proper information about their orders. RETURN ON Garments PRODUCTS: Products that are ordered online by all platforms categorized under the Lingerie section/undergarments are non-returnable as well as non-refundable. Similarly, we strongly believe in maintaining proper hygiene for our customers and not accepting returns or exchanges of products that can be unhygienic for others. RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SECTORS: Making payments Cash on Delivery. However, if the order is requested for a return, the payment will be reimbursed with deducted amounts of Coupons or other Discounts Offered applied by the customer at the time of order i.e. the Final Total at the time of Order. Further, the courier charges for return will be applicable according to the return policy which is as:

1. In Case The Product Is Not According To The Description Or Picture Showcased.

2. In Case The Product Is Damaged Naturally At The Time Of Delivery. If the return is requested based on dislike of the product or size change, the customer will have to pay the return charges to the courier person who will receive the product. All the Discount Offers or Coupons will be Frozen on the total amount whether the order is accepted or a return is requested by the Customer. The amount refundable will be calculated according to the amount paid at the time of order after calculating each item separately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Those customers who are requesting any return will be charged AED 18 on each pickup and the amount will be deducted while recharging your Login Wallet Account.

• We do not accept any returns from the items which are purchased from any Promotion or Sale. The items which are not in the promotion will be accepted only.

• Product color or shade may differ due to studio lighting and photography. For your convenience, we have mentioned the points which are commonly asked by customers while requesting a return: 1. If you don't like the Product "OR" it's Quality "OR" Changed Your Mind:

• If you don't like the product or its quality, or if you have changed your mind about any product or complete order, in that case, you will need to pay the shipping charges for both sides even if the delivery was free.

• In case any promotional coupon code is applied to any order and the return is requested, in that case, the discounted price will be refunded to your Login Wallet Account.

• After the deduction of shipping fees, the rest amount of the Order will be transferred to your giftcityuae. ae Login Wallet Account which can be utilized for your next orders once the items returned by you are received.

• Home Essential Products are packed by manufacturers after the complete quality and damage check. Opened/ Installed/ Dismantled products will not be accepted for returns because they cannot be repacked. 2. Damaged Item, Wrong Item, or Missing Items in Order:

• If you receive an order with any wrong, damaged item or your ordered item is missing, kindly inform us at your earliest within 5 Days our Customer Service Helpline.

• We will arrange a courier to pick up the damaged or wrong item once it is received. Our warehouse team will inspect. After inspection of the damaged or wrong item, we will send you the replacement accordingly. Same for the Missing items as well.

3. Products/ Orders which cannot be returned:

• If the packing of the item or product is missing, in that case, the order will not be returned.

• Lingerie, Undergarments, Swimwear, Beachwear, or Makeup items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

• Used/Reconditioned products with Broken/Removed tags will not be considered for return as well as if the product is found dirty.

• As per the current social situation, we can accept any returned garments or personal care products.
